The following rules have been established to help ensure the safety and enjoyment of all our guests. Those who choose to not observe these rules can be asked to leave our park without receiving any form of refund.

 

• Check in time: 1:00pm - Check with the office to inquire if the site is available for an earlier check in time.

• Check out time: 11:00am - Check with the office to inquire if you need a later check out time.

• All visitors: Must register at the office, pay applicable fees and obtain a car pass. Day visitors must leave by 9:00pm. Visitors allowed is limited to parking availability. Visitors are the responsibility of the site renter.

• Beaches: Open 7:00am until dusk. All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. No glass, fishing or dogs allowed on the beaches. Swim at your own risk. No lifeguards on duty.

• Canoes, rowboats & personal watercraft: Are permitted. They must have the site number clearly visible and will need to be securely locked in designated area when not in use. Motorized boats are prohibited.

• Children: Parents are responsible for the conduct of all children. Adult supervision of all children is required after dark and under age of 10 at all times around the campground. Persons under the age of 19 are not allowed to stay alone on a site overnight unattended.

• Drugs and obscene language: Hidden Valley will not tolerate any use or possession of drugs. No profanity or disorderly behavior. This is a family campground. 

• Fireplaces: They are build for safety and must not be moved without permission. In compliance to Forestry Department regulations, fireplaces will be no larger than the following dimensions: Inside - 2 sq ft. Outside - 3 1/2 sq ft. Height - 18 inches. Never leave fires unattended. No large flames. NH firewood only. 

• Fireworks and firearms; are prohibited at all times.

• Golf Carts: Permitted to seasonal guests only. Please see addendum for rules and regulations.

• Golf Course: Is for paying golfers only. Hidden Valley offers a 10% discount to all our camping guests. please do not walk the course unless playing.

• Motorcycles, recreational and commercial vehicles: Are not allowed in the park. They can be parked in a designated area with permission of management. 

• Outside sites: Toilets and showers are not allowed outside RV's. Only furnishings mean for outside use is allowed on site. Please keep sites neat and clean. 

• Patios and porches: Must be approved by management. Use pressure treated wood and screws only.

• Pets: Are welcome and must be registered and vaccinated. pets are to be well supervised. Dogs are always to be leashed. Never leave pets unattended outside at sites. No pets allowed in public buildings, on beaches or in the pool area. Clean up and properly dispose of pet waste. If any pet demonstrates aggressive behavior towards a person or another pet, you will be asked to leave the campground.

• Playground: Open until dusk. Children under 10 must be supervised by an adult. 

• Quiet time: Sunday - Thursday 10:30pm - 8:00am; Friday - Saturday 11:30pm - 8:00am. Loud music or noise is unacceptable at any time. Please respect your neighbors.

• RV's: There is currently no age limit, but must be in good condition and may be inspected by management before entering the campground.

• Safety after dark: Please use flashlights when walking around after dark.

• Sales of RV's: All sales must be approved by management.

• Satellite Dishes: Must have the site number clearly marked on the dish. Location needs to be approved by management before being installed.

• Sites: With space permitting, are limited to: 1 - RV, 1 - tent or screen room, 1 - storage unit, 2 vehicles, & 2 golf carts. No repairing of vehicles on campsites. No unregistered cars or trucks on sites. 

• Smoking and E-cigarettes: are not permitted in any public building.

• Speed limit: is 7 1/2 mph throughout the park and will be strictly enforced for the safety of all. Please be aware of walkers and children. Stop at all intersections.

• Swimming Pool: Open from 7:00am until dusk, weather permitting. Children under 16 years of age, must be accompanied by an adult. One adult must watch a manageable number of children. No food, drinks (water only) or smoking is allowed in the pool area. Swim diapers only allowed in the pool. See additional posted rules. Swim at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty.

• Trash: Receptacles are located at the entrance of the park. Must be camp trash only. No appliances, mattresses, furniture, batteries, grills, etc. Contact office for assistance with large items.

• Trees: Do not cut, put nails in or deface. No clotheslines on trees.

• Water: Please conserve. Do not wash RV's or vehicles without permission from management.  No outside kiddie pools or spas.

Please be advised, that Hidden Valley RV Park LLC and Hidden Valley Golf Course LLC has a zero tolerance policy with respect to any and all racial discrimination and sexual harassment. If reported, we will investigate and deal with the situation immediately. Direct any and all concerns to management.
